Your reservation becomes valid once you have settled the payment based on an advance invoice by the due date. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the course by phone. Unfortunately, cancellations by email cannot be accepted. The hostess may at times be so busy that she cannot read emails every day. For cancellations made less than 14 days in advance and for no-shows, the full price will be charged and we are not obliged to refund the customer, even if you present us a medical certificate.
Prevention of Infectious Diseases:
Please make sure that your clothes have been washed and that your other equipment (shoes and helmet) have been disinfected. Virkon S is the most common disinfectant. You may also leave your equipment in a hot sauna (at least 80°C) for a minimum one hour.
It’s also possible to borrow helmets and rubber boots from us.
We reserve the right to make changes to or cancel the service at short notice due to force majeure. Such circumstances include, for example, winter temperatures below –25°C, or illness of the hostess or animals. In such cases we will attempt to arrange a new date for the service as soon as possible. If we cannot find a new mutually suitable time, we will refund the advance payment to the customer.
In these cases we are not responsible for any disadvantage or damage that may have been caused to the customer.
