Sound bowl relaxation is not recommended in the following cases:

Sound bowl relaxation is not recommended during the first three months of pregnancy, and even in later stages bowls are not played on the body of the pregnant person.

If you have cancer and are in the process of cancer treatment, sound bowl relaxation is not recommended, as there is no full certainty of the way the sound affects cancer cells.

If you have a pacemaker, sound bowl relaxation is not recommended. Strong sounds can affect heart function.

Sounds and vibrations can feel too burdensome, if you suffer from severe mental disorder, e.g. acute psychosis.

You can feel uncomfortable, if you are sensitive to sounds and vibrations.

To ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible, please read these instructions carefully. When you make a booking, you commit to complying with these instructions.

Sessions that require pre-registration:

Your reservation becomes valid once you have settled the payment based on an advance invoice by the due date.

Start time and duration of the sessions can be seen on our website. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the booked time by phone. Unfortunately, cancellations by email cannot be accepted. The hostess may sometimes be so busy that she cannot read emails every day. For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance and for no-shows, the full price will be charged and we are not obliged to refund the customer.

Sessions that don’t require pre-registration:
Payment is made on the spot by card. Start time and duration of the sessions can be seen on our website.

Arrival address: Pentinlahdentie 34, 71200 Tuusniemi. If you cannot find the farm, please call +358 50 436 1921 and we will guide you in.

Parking for cars is in a designated area as directed by the hostess. If the session takes place by the lake, the hostess guides you there. From the farm there is a 300 m walk along the edge of a field down to the saunas by the lake. Please stay on this route and do not enter the hay field or the animal pasture.

A dry toilet is available next to the saunas. Kindly use the toilet and do not relieve yourself elsewhere. In summer, there is an outdoor handwashing option; hand sanitizer is available in the toilet year-round.

Smoking is allowed only on the spot designated by the hostess.

Please treat the buildings, outdoor areas and lakeshore correctly. It is not permitted to break off branches from trees or bushes, e.g. for making a sauna whisk.

Parents are responsible for any damage caused by their children.

As a customer you are liable for any intentional or unintentional damage you may cause. The hostess has the right to charge you for such damages.

We reserve the right to make changes to or cancel the service at short notice due to force majeure. Such circumstances include, for example, weather phenomena (thunderstorm, heavy rain, winter temperatures below –20°C) or illness of the hostess or animals.

In these cases, we are not responsible for any disadvantage or damage that may have been caused to the customer. If we cannot find a new mutually suitable time, we will refund the advance payment to the customer.

Pets

Several dogs and cats live at our farm and move about freely, and animal enclosures may be right next to the saunas, so kindly comply with the following instructions.

It´s strictly forbidden to feed the animals of the farm. We are not accountable for any damage that may occur, if a customer enters the animal pasture or hay field without permission given by the hostess.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets at our sound bowl sessions. Also, please note that we do not have any facilities for them. We do not accept leaving them in cars in hot weather during your stay.

All the animals at the farm are friendly and accustomed to people. However, it’s forbidden to enter animal pastures and to feed the animals without permission by the hostess. If the dogs are inside an enclosure, you are not allowed to let them out.
